Work you'll do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional with 2+ years of experience to support daily operations within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage schedules, and prepare various reports, among other responsibilities.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone, and via email

IT Support Orders: Process customer IT support orders efficiently and accurately

Report Preparation: Prepare various IT support reports using Excel and PowerPoint

Database Management: Update and maintain project databases to ensure accuracy and completeness

Schedule Management: Manage the project manager's schedule, ensuring all appointments and meetings are organized

Travel: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally to customer locations as needed

Flexible Schedule: Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate sync meetings with the project manager, especially when they are traveling

Report Review: Review and revise reports created by other team members to ensure quality and accuracy

Direct Reporting: Report directly to the project manager

Remote Work: Limited remote work may be authorized, not to exceed 2 workdays per week. Must be available for phone conferences and calls on remote workdays during normal work hours

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Secret security clearance required

Current passport required
