The Role:

　　We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligent/Robotic Process Automation Analyst to join the Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Process Automation (IPA/RPA) projects using UiPath Platform, possess a comprehensive understanding of data models, Python programming, and chatbots. With a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding RPA and IPA developers technically, developing process definition documents, and contributing to solution architecture. The role will be based out of Chennai, India.

　　· 1. RPA Process Analysis and Design

　　Collaborate with business stakeholders, and Automation CoE Lead to identify and analyze processes suitable for automation.

　　Conduct feasibility studies and present recommendations based on the potential benefits of automation.

　　Work closely with the Business Stakeholders & Automation CoE development team & Citizen developers to design Automation solutions that align with business goals.

　　Develop comprehensive process definition documents and work with stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of business processes.

　　Play a key role in creating solution architecture Aligning to the Automation Program Strategy and Goals

　　2. Technical Guidance

　　Provide technical guidance and solutions to RPA and IPA developers throughout the project lifecycle.

　　Conduct code reviews and workflow analyser review on projects to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

　　3. Data Modeling and Analysis

　　Leverage strong hands-on experience with data models to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

　　Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure seamless integration of data-driven insights into automation solutions

　　Develop and maintain data models that support effective decision-making processes.

　　Work on Virtual Assistant Projects from a business perspective leveraging Yellow AI Platform and any other platforms in the future

　　4. Programming and Scripting

　　Utilize proficiency in Python programming to develop scripts and automation components.

　　Work with developers to optimize existing automations for improved performance and continuous improvement

　　Stay updated on the latest programming trends and technologies to continually improve automation solutions.

　　5. UiPath Platform and Offering Expertise

　　Demonstrate a deep understanding of the UiPath platform and managing and upgrading the same under the guidance of Automation CoE.Lead.

　　Stay current with UiPath updates and new features, incorporating them into projects where applicable.

　　6. Process Definition Documents

　　Develop comprehensive process definition documents that outline the scope, objectives, and requirements of automation projects.

　　Work closely with the Lead of Automation CoE, business analysts and stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of business processes.

　　Update documentation as needed to reflect changes in project scope or requirements.

　　7. Solution Architecture

　　Contribute to the development of solution architecture for RPA projects incorporating best practices and lessons learned from past projects.

　　Collaborate with architects to design scalable and maintainable automation solutions.

　　8. Training and Knowledge Sharing

　　Conduct training sessions for RPA and IPA developers to enhance their technical skills.

　　Share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning including CI/CD

　　Keep abreast of industry trends and share insights with the team to drive innovation.

　　Required Skill Sets

　　- Minimum of 8+ years of overall experience in business analysis with a focus on RPA/IPA projects for at least 3 years.

　　- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Platform, data models and Python programming.

　　- Proven expertise in creating process definition documents and contributing to solution architecture.

　　- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

　　- Certifications in UiPath RPA Platform tools (BA) and data science platforms are highly desirable.

　　- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and implement technical aspects as per the Automation CoE Strategy

　　Education Qualification
