Join our team as a InvoicingAnalyst, Supply Management (Hybrid). The Invoicing Analyst, SupplyManagement, will play a key role in the Supply Management organizationby working closely with individuals at all levels ofHarley-Davidson toensure timely and appropriate processing of invoices and payments inaccordance with HDMC policies and procedures. Job ResponsibilitiesResearching and resolving discrepancies and issues related to invoices,receivers, payments, NCM, debit memos, and credit memos. Investigatingand responding to supplier inquiries. Ensuring accurate invoiceprocessing to ensure suppliers are paid in accordance with paymentterms. Act as an escalation point to resolve payment discrepancies withHDMC Supply Chain Analysts and suppliers. Interfaces with Suppliers,3PL, Operations, AP, Supply Chain Analysts, and Category Managers daily.Developing and maintaining good relationships with suppliers andintercompany business units. Monitor process performance-related metricsto identify potential opportunities for improvement. Preparing variousmetric and report reconciliations. Ability to drive results with a lowlevel of guidance and direction.
