　　As the Investor Relations Associate, you will be supporting the team with preparing marketing materials, planning and coordinating investor communications and the variety of meetings with investors throughout the year as well as responding to inquiries, and supporting fundraising activities. *Reach out for more detail on the day-to-day!

　　Requirements

　　Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or commensurate experience

　　3+ years’ experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry with investor relations and business development experience

　　Understanding of broad financial markets and indices; demonstrated passion for real estate, experience with private funds, finance, and accounting skills a plus

　　Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to distill complex topics into a concise, consumable format

　　Financial modeling skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
