The Role:
As an Investment Product Manager at WTW, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our product offerings across various asset classes. Your expertise will drive the strategic development and management of innovative and market-leading investment products, aligning them with client needs and WTW's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
Spearhead the creation of new pooled funds and enhance existing funds to appeal to strategic US markets.
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis.
Navigate the legal landscape affecting product development.
Evaluate investment, liquidity, and operational risks.
Undertake detailed financial analysis and operational consideration assessments.
Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to governance and process guidelines.
Product Management:
Act as a product champion, promoting WTW’s offerings and maximizing distribution opportunities.
Implement and oversee enhancements to existing solutions, collaborating closely with investment and client service teams.
Conduct annual product performance reviews to ensure market relevance and alignment with initial business cases.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor innovations, regulatory changes, and client feedback to inform strategic product adjustments.
The Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years in financial product development, with deep knowledge of fund products and structures in the US.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a track record of contributing to commercial success.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in client-service roles, with a keen ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Progress toward or completion of MBA, CFA, CAIA, or financial engineering qualifications is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with the requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to the location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 120,000 - 145,000 USD. This position is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
