　　Inventory Counter – Dayton, NJ

　　We are currently looking for an Inventory Counter (1st Shift) to join our team in Dayton, NJ.

　　You Will Spend Your Time…

　　Validating raw material and finished good inventory through the Continuous Inventory process and Cycle Counting processes

　　Reviewing material movements, usage, and processing the necessary inventory adjustments to correct the discrepancy

　　Resolving missing inventory issues in a timely fashion

　　Resolving COGIs, posting changes, and backflushing discrepancies

　　Providing feedback on causes of discrepancies to ensure Best Inventory Practices

　　Segregating any rejected, obsolete or slow-moving materials as recommended by the business

　　Job Requirements

　　Required Skills

　　Proficiency in Microsoft office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook

　　Understanding of basic mathematical equations

　　Analytical skills to evaluate inventory discrepancies and ability to make recommendations to resolve further discrepancies

　　Ability to perform at high standards with very little supervision

　　Ability to use fork and drum lifts, pallet movers and operate scales

　　Must be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds

　　Required Experience

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　3-5 years of Inventory experience

　　Experience with receiving, production, shipping and inventory procedures

　　SAP knowledge and experience
