Description

　　We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate in the Election Operations Department for the upcoming election season. We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, can perform physically engaging tasks, and are eager to contribute to smooth election processes in the city of Chicago.

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Efficient management of voting machines, including thorough inspection, secure packing, and preparing for shipment.

　　• Maintaining an organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all machines are correctly cataloged and accounted for.

　　• Disassembling and setting up voting machines according to established standards and protocols.

　　• Performing routine quality checks and troubleshooting any issues with voting machines.

　　• Confirm proper documentation accompanies each shipment.

　　• Coordinating with other teams for timely and effective distribution and collection of voting machines.

　　• Adherence to safety protocols and election regulations at all times.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　• High school diploma or equivalent.

　　• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.

　　• Proven ability to handle physical workload- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and spend long periods on feet.

　　• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

　　• Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.

　　• The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and resident of the city of Chicago.
