Job Description:

　　This position assists the manager in setting short term & long term goals, establishing operating budgets and priorities based upon the goals and mission of Essentia Health for daily operations to include: planning, organizing, training, and directing the activities for supply distribution, warehousing, and inventory management; and supervises and mentors staff in multiple locations. Additionally, this position is responsible for the oversight of payroll and cost reporting & control, the safe operations of the warehouse, storeroom, docks, shipping and receiving functions, industrial powered vehicles, and vehicles that operate on public streets and highways. Work Experience: 3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field, with experience in a leadership role.

　　Education Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree preferred with a preference in business management, operations management, supply chain/logistics, finance, or engineering

　　Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health 's insurer.

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
