The Solution Engineer is the primary technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) involved in provisioning tools that the TIDC provides to our customers. The Solution Engineer assists the pre-sales team if any additional product expertise is required during the sales cycle. The Engineer provides consulting services to our customers such as health checks, system build and enhancements.What We Do:We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology.
