　　Duration: 13 weeks, likelihood of extension

　　Start Date: ASAP

　　Facility Type: Hospital

　　Hours: 40 hours/week

　　Shift:

　　4x10s Days with Holiday and On-Call Rotation

　　Requirements:

　　2+ years of experience within a hospital required

　　Certification required

　　COVID Vaccine & Seasonal Flu Vaccine required

　　Pay Rate:

　　Local Pay: $70-75/hour

　　Travel Pay (taxable address over 50 miles from facility):

　　$3,397 gross pay per week (based on 40 hours worked)
