What you'll do
Support in customer and partner management and our go-to-market activities
Develop customer experience processes, including designing and building a customer and partner database
Support internal and external events and workshops including planning, administration, and follow-up activities
Create compelling materials for customers and partners, including minutes, presentations, and documents
Support of business model and portfolio creation process
Define and drive outreach activities
Support team development and strategy processes
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel)
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
EU citizenship required
First experience in the public sector in Germany is a plus
First experience in the IT sector in Germany is a plus
First experience in customer or partner management is a plus
The perfect team member has:

passion for working with customers and partners
a high level of self-motivation and enjoys implementing own ideas in a fast-paced environment
excellent communication skills with the ability to convey concise messages to customers and partners

The Delos Cloud GmbH has been founded by SAP to deliver a vendor and solution neutral sovereign cloud for the public sector in Germany.
As a reliable partner of the German administration, we will fully meet the special requirements of our customers for IT security, data protection and secrecy and contribute to the digital transformation of the public sector in Germany.
For this exciting task, we are successively expanding our organization in the upcoming months and looking for a working student to support the Customer Experience area with various and diverse tasks.
Your set of application documents should contain a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
