As an Accounts Payable Intern you will be responsible to assist the Accounts Payable Team, learn related processes and procedures, as well as the ERP systems used in Europe. We look forward to seeing your application!

　　In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Get familiarized with routine accounts payable tasks, including capturing information, verifying accuracy, inputting/ processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO), travel & expense reports or payments;

　　Learn to identify disputes related to the invoices (quantity/pricing concerns, etc.) and the follow-up & resolution process;

　　Understand the communication process with vendors/suppliers, business units on different queries;

　　Learn to prepare/send account statements when required and how to resolve discrepancies;

　　Learn to analyze payments requests and how to supervise for suspicious transactions;

　　Learn to use the ERP systems – Oracle, SAP, AS400.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

　　Proficiency in English (written and spoken);

　　PC experience (Microsoft Office).

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　Proven understanding or Curiosity about Finance or Accounts Payables;

　　Relevant education/project associated with one of these areas.

　　Proficiency in additional foreign language would be an advantage.
