  Job Description

  Intern/Co-op Functional Support Analyst (ERP) – Summer (May-August 2024)

  Preferred Qualifications

  Interested in applying your business skills at Oracle NetSuite (#1 Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP))?

  What do you need to succeed?

  Current college or university students in business/accounting/operations management/supply chain/finance (4th year Co-Op – graduating degree/diploma between December 2024 and Spring 2025)

  Understanding of accounting principles

  Experience interacting with customers (e.g., retail, hospitality, service)

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Analytical approach to troubleshooting

  Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (May 6, 2024 – August 23, 2024)

  The role will be hybrid – remote and in-person at the Mississauga office once a week

  Responsibilities

  During the work term, what will you do?

  Develop NetSuite product knowledge through hands-on training and access to knowledge management resources

  Serve as the primary liaison between Oracle NetSuite and customers (e.g., Accounting/IT staff and leaders) to respond to their questions about the Order to Cash process (e.g., sales, invoicing, payment)

  Participate in activities and contribute ideas that constantly help improve the Oracle NetSuite platforms and products

  Applicants are required to read, write, and speak the following languages: English
