What You'll Do

　　As an internal Investment Consultant you'll partner with the External Investment Only team that covers both banks/RIA's and the DCIO (Defined Contribution Investment Only) channel.

　　Here are some of the examples of the things you'll do:

　　Prospect for new Retirement Advisors who sell in the investment only space in the SE.

　　Support external investment only wholesalers and strategize with how to grow sales within each respective territory; assist in all sales.

　　Sell our funds, educate on where they are available, and direct Platform Relationship Management Team towards additional TPA(Third Party Administrator)/Platform relationship targets.

　　Understanding of investments, including mutual funds, SMA, ETF and CITs.

　　Who You Are

　　Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3+ years of related experience required

　　FINRA licensing required including SIE or equivalent and series 7

　　Series 63 required within 45 days of employment

　　Must possess strong sales ability and fund knowledge

　　Must have strong decision-making skills and use good judgment

　　Excellent organizational, problem-solving, presentation, and oral and written communication skills required

　　Must be able to demonstrate self-motivation, creativity and initiative to achieve goals

　　Must have good analytical, negotiation, and collaboration skills

　　Must have basic PC skills, database experience and spreadsheet skills

　　Some travel required

　　Salary Range Information

　　Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

　　Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

　　$48450 - $69000 / year

　　Location

　　This role can be located in either Des Moines, IA or Charlotte, NC. It is a hybrid role that has three designated days in the office and two remote days weekly.
