Essential Functions:Participates in the project management and implementation of programsand projects for sustainability and conservation. Minimum Qualifications& Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working towards completionof bachelor\'s or associate\'s degree in agricultural business, naturalscience or agriculture. Strong computer skills, including MS Officeapplications. Strong oral and written communication skills,interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Solid organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solvingskills, and time management required.
