Hitachi Energy is looking for an Integrity Project Manager to lead and execute ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) annual certification process, which requires internal preparation (audit scheduling, awareness/training, etc.) and external alignment (audit plan, scheduling, audit cost, etc.).

　　Your responsibilities

　　Through your deep understanding of ISO 37001 standard and accreditation/certification requirements you will provide updated information of the project to Hitachi Energy management to increase its awareness on ABMS.You will collaborate with the RHI/CHI, keep them informed about the project progress as well as manage and liaise with the certification body to arrange audit schedule, topics and costs.You will identify issues raising from project progress and solve them with any stakeholders if needed.You will participate in the audit interviews to support internal interviewees.You will develop, update and implement ISO 37001 awareness and training sessions for stakeholders.You will conduct Internal Assessment in view of ISO 37001 every year in scoping countries.You will be responsible for reviewing policies and practices on a regular basis to ensure that all are complying with ISO requirements.You will communicate with RHI/CHI and other colleagues where ISO 37001 will be required and need to be added in the project scope.

　　You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of corporate integrity/compliance.You have strong English communication and influencing skills both written and verbal.You bring demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.You are able to create psychological safety among stakeholders.You have strong coordination ability and describe yourself as a Team player.An audit certification is preferable.
