　　What you'll do

　　You will report to the Senior Manager of Service Management to providestechnical leadership for specific areas within architecture solutions withguidance, which may include research and technical investigation, ensuringend-to-end functionality of the software is within the scope of business need.Translate customer requirements into software specifications. Definesmethodology, processes, and quality assurance requirements. Recommends andensures compliance to standards.Provides technical leadership and accountability for the design andimplementation of a major product or subsystem in a solution.Ensures technical viability of solutions as defined in the Statement of Workand subsequent change requests, identifying, resolving, and mitigatingtechnical issues and risks.Creates and/or validates work estimates and skills required to assist thelead architect and project management with task scheduling and resourcerequests.Coordinates with development and test teams to keep the deliverables on targetand on time.Manages technical customer interactions from kick off through UAT.Guide customer(s) through the requirements gathering, designing anddocumentation process within a specific domain area while fitting within theOSS/BSS infrastructure, and making the best use of company product offerings.Coaches and mentors other team members to increase their understanding of thecustomer and technology.Provides feedback to the customer solutioning and product teams forimprovements, market trends and product issues.Pursues knowledge of upcoming product features as they are made known orreleased.

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business orequivalent education/experience required.Proficiency in English in a business environment10-15 years of software development experienceSenior design experience in UNIX and database applicationsTelecommunications industry experience and related product knowledgeSingleview experience is preferredTechnical project management experienceAgile methodologies experienceExpert understanding of one or more CSG products and implementation steps.Broad understanding of business technology, telecom networks, and datastructures.Strong design skills with the ability to document the designs.Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.Team leadership skills to exchange ideas and create a common understanding ofproject work from conception through issue resolution.Ability to prioritize effectively through good judgment, seeking guidancewhere appropriate.Ability to travel domestically and internationally for extended durationonsite based on requirements of the project.
