About Intake Clinician-Behavioral Health-FT

  Description

  Evaluates patients referred for Behavioral Health services and determines appropriateness of admission. Works with interdisciplinary care team to establish care plan. Completes and files paperwork related to admission upon intake. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Associate's degree, prefer certification as a registered nurse. At least 2 years of experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. This position is for the hours of 3p-11:30p
