　　Responsibilities

　　Here's what you'll be doing:

　　The position entails conducting insurance verification, eligibility determinations, and financial counseling to minimize the hospital's bad debt risk through administrative and investigative activities.

　　Provides financial, credit, debt management counseling, and education services to patients.

　　Utilizes alternative means for obtaining coverage for uninsured or underinsured patients.

　　Responsible for performing complex insurance verification and eligibility determinations as well as varied administrative and highly responsible clerical functions of a sensitive nature, including complex investigative and problem-solving activities in support of minimizing the hospital's bad debt risk.

　　Here's what you'll have:

　　Must have 2 years working in a hospital processing insurance verifications, registrations or as a financial counselor.

　　Must have Epic experience

　　Bi-lingual Spanish and English a plus
