　　As a vital member of our client's claims processing department, the Insurance Claims Representative holds a pivotal role in overseeing and orchestrating insurance claims throughout their lifecycle. Your primary responsibility involves navigating claims from inception to resolution, ensuring a prompt and precise outcome for our valued clients. Full-Time, On-Site Position.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Claims Processing: Receive, review, and process insurance claims promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

　　Documentation: Gather and evaluate necessary documentation, including policy information, incident reports, and other relevant records, to assess the validity of claims.

　　Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance agents, and other relevant parties to provide updates on claim status and requirements.

　　Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and organized records of all claims, correspondence, and actions taken during the claims process.

　　Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns and requests related to insurance claims.

　　Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including underwriters, legal, and finance, to expedite the resolution of claims.

　　Skills We're Looking For:

　　College degree

　　Proven experience in insurance claims processing or a similar role within the insurance industry.

　　Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage, and claim procedures.

　　Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Proficient in using insurance claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the insurance industry.
