　　Responsibilities

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Works under minimal supervision to install HVAC equipment andaccessories in the customer\'s homeInstalls heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigerationequipment, as well as accessories, in accordance with companyrequirements and manufacture specifications. As needed, performslimited diagnostics.Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings asrequiredPerforms start-ups on air conditioning and heating systems and othercomponentsDelivers excellent customer service and sustains high levels ofcustomer satisfactionPromotes products and services to the customer. Calls Sales andService Coordinator with specifics on replacement product salesleads generated from customer service visit.Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to completethe installation workEnsures company property, vehicles, and tools are being properlyused, maintained, and accounted forCompletes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timelymanner. Collects payment from customerRepresents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically inall business matters and concernsResponsible for keeping installation vehicles clean and neat bothinside and outside in keeping with the company\'s professional imageFollows standard procedures and process, ensures that the companyvehicle is properly stocked, returns defective warranty parts tobranch, and orders/replenishes vehicle stock as neededPerforms similar/other duties as needed or assignedHealth & Safety Roles and Responsibilities:
