Complete all installations and/or repairof all residential products as assigned by Department Manager. Thisincludes but is not limited to shower doors, mirrors, entry doors, stormdoors, windows, and storm windows. Discuss and review customer orders toensure the appropriate materials needed to complete the work order areavailable before loading truck to install. Using mechanical aptitude andstrong attention to detail, problem solve installation and or anycustomer concerns as they come up, both on new product and existing toensure all work is done properly. Communicate regularly with customerand/or scheduling office in the event jobs are delayed or early. Usestrong problem-solving skills to minimize waste and rework. Measure, cutand fabricate accurately while installing materials in the field toensure top-quality, trouble-free installations eliminating any issues,such as air/water leaks. Maintain a neat and clean truck. Practice safework methods at all times, report and respond to hazardous situations.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma orequivalent. Maintain a valid Driver\'s License. Previousconstruction/residential experience a plus. Mechanical aptitude withability to use a tape measure and read measurements. Ability toprioritize, multitask, and problem-solving. Ability to regularly liftand/or carry more than 50lbs. Ability to perform physical tasks forextended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, bending,pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces. Ability to climb and/orwork at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, orscaffolding. Ability to work independently or in a team.
