Insights Manager– NIKE RETAIL SERVICES INC. Beaverton, OR. Lead in analytics and experimentation, designing and executing and multivariate tests by synthesizing those outcomes into member and business growth insights and opportunities. Design and execute end-to-end digital and online-to-offline experiments with scalable and sustainable objectives in mind that will accelerate growth and improve the member experience and demand. Partner with stakeholders to translate test outcomes into business and member insights to make audience targeting and digital product recommendations that align with business goals and opportunities. Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Create specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Provide consultation to users and lead cross- functional teams to address business issues. Build solutions to support business teams via development of new data definitions, tables and other data engineering capabilities, along with the development of insights reporting. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, HI, MT, NC, ND, SD, VT, and WY.

　　Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Administration and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
