Have you worked in the Metal industry? Do you have excellent Customer Service skils, stellar order management abilities, and are a teamplayer? A Local Rutherford County Metal Fabrication company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Rep to support specific accounts with help from the outside sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience with inventory management, logistics, and order processing. This position is Monday- Friday 8am-5pm onsite in La vergne and will have a starting payrate of $25/hr and will go up depending on experience.
salary: $24 - $25 per hour

Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining customer accounts to include the following:
Setting up new & existing customer orders in Invex as needed.
Entering outside and inside processing orders based on customer requirements.
Monitoring and maintaining customer inventory levels of finished products and master coils.
Assisting purchasing department in the ordering of master coils based on customer requirements.
Working closely with customers to resolve any issues regarding pricing, delivery, quality, etc.
Working with traffic department to ensure timely customer deliveries.
Working with customers and the quality department to ensure timely disposition of any defective material.
Working with Outside Sales representative to make sure inventory is at established company standards.
Assist accounting department by reviewing edits and assisting on any billing issues or credits as needed.
Working with production personnel to ensure that customer orders are processed and packaged timely and effectively based upon customer requirements.
Ensuring that the material being used meets all customer specific grade requirements.
Working within all ISO 9001 policies & procedures.
Ability to travel with outside sales representative to customer locations as required.
