Join our growing tPosition SummaryThe Inside Sales Engineer supports Sales Engineers and acts as a liaisonbetween internal/external sales personnel, customers, and suppliers asLONG works to bid projects. This position is critical to the accurate andcompetitive pricing of various jobs LONG engages in.

　　Pay Rate: $69,000 - $99,000 plus potential profit share.

　　Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Basic Life, Short-Termand Long-Term Disability (100% paid by LONG), Voluntary LifeInsurance, Accident and Critical Care Insurance, Employee AssistanceProgram (EAP), 401(k) with Employer Matching contributions, PaidTime Off (beginning day one), Paid Community Service Day, 8 Paidholidays, Pet Insurance, Legal and ID Shield benefit.Responsibilities* Maintains the software estimating database including updating price lists,parts database and estimating kits* Become the LONG Subject Matter Expert on software estimating tool(Estimate 360)* Trains users on the proper use of estimating tool* Updates regularly estimating kits through collaboration with Operations andSales to streamline estimating time, increase accuracy and decreasingengineering/programming time* Coordinates bidding activity for the week with sales team* Maintains accuracy of CRM database for COBI on a daily/weekly basis* Collaborates with sales team on followup and sales forecasting via CRM* Provides periodic (monthly) updates to Sales Manager and Sales Team asto quota, sales forecast and vendor activity* Prepare cost estimates utilizing estimating software and detailed scope ofwork proposals, for Building Automation Systemsas directed by SalesManagement and sales team* Prepares booking packages to ensure timely completion of jobs and smoothtransition to Operations* Pursues Prior Approvals for jobs where LONG not specified as equal* Assists sales team with preparation of RFPs as directed* Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications* Associates of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or 2 years techschool and 5 years temperature control system start-up, checkout, andservice experience or 8 years temperature control system start-up,checkout, and service experience* No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
