Description:
These are equivalent to Account Exec roles. Will be working on an appointment bases; appointments are scheduled on their calendar by the LDR's, these consultants are going on these meetings set for them in efforts of selling full ecosystem of products. In charge of full sale from beginning to close.
Be available to consult with small business owners who are inquiring about QuickBooks
Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals
Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition
Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach
Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Sales experience is a must. IDEAL candidate has software sales. Also automotive, insurance sales are great. Door to door sales is good bc they are comfortable with being uncomfortable. Anywhere they have worked with the call flow chart and closed on the call or in person. Call center, door to door, furniture, in person sales

The candidate they want can have a natural flowing conversation with confidence, represent our values, adaptability, be able to sell and speak to end to end ecosystem of ours
Computer literacy, must be proficient in technology – will vet during interview
At minimum articulate what the cloud means to them – bare minimum technology question
Call center experience is very helpful
Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc. – does not necessarily need to be SaaS experience
Someone who wants to be in Sales – working to convert shoppers to buyers
Full cycle selling – Understanding the need to placing the order
Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems
Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats
Will be working to sell addressing up to 5 different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, QB Core Product (Desktop and Cloud)
Ideally selling a service (cable companies selling internet/cable translates well, sell insurance, phone sales like T-mobile/AT&T selling ongoing month to month service – anything where they are articulating the value to customers.
If they don't have call center experience, will consider retail with strong tenure. They love people from Best Buy or retail phone stores
They want the candidates to say, “I want to carry a sales quota, I want to be in sales.” Not customer service candidates
COMPUTER/TECH SAVVY - has worked with multiple computer based tools in order to conduct the job
