　　YOUR ROLE

　　We’re looking for exceptional INSIDE SALES CONSULTANTS to connect with existing HOT Leads and deliver quality customer sales and experiences in residential and commercial Plumbing - AC - Electric - Drains - Water Treatment and Indoor Air Quality repair and installation sales opportunities.

　　As an Art Plumbing, AC & Electric INSIDE SALES CONSULTANTS , you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team demonstrating your unique sales competency and abilities by selling plumbing, air conditioning, electrical, drain, water treatment and indoor air repairs, maintenance, and replacements with an emphasis on quality customer service. Your work must be performed efficiently, following all applicable company policy's. You will also communicate our reputation for quality craftsmanship, trust, and ethics as well as building future opportunities and referrals .

　　YOUR DUTIES

　　Complete all required paperwork daily in a timely and accurate manner.

　　Work with and communicate to all other team members daily for a smooth sale to completion.

　　Attend training meetings when scheduled.

　　Exhibit professional conduct at-all-times.

　　Assist any other Team Members.

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　3-5 Years Experience Working for a Licensed Contractor or Sales Company

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Must have exceptional customer service and organizational skills, and be able to work well with people.

　　Maintain any necessary licenses or certifications that may apply.

　　Must be able to read and write English well enough to read and prepare invoices, time sheets, and proposals.

　　Must be able to successfully complete mathematical aptitude evaluation.

　　Must be capable of applying sound business judgment to all decisions.

　　Ability to stand, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and lift for prolonged periods of time.

　　Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

　　ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

　　The typical workweek is eight (8) to ten (10) hour workdays five (5) days per week with regular weekend work, all overtime hours will be paid at time and half (1.5 times your regular rate).
