　　As a byte Inside Sales Associate, you will be the welcome call to our patients after they have ordered their Impression Kit! Your mission will be to manage your respective accounts and motivate your patients to send their kits back. Every single lead is a HOT lead and you will be working directly with customers who have already purchased our kits! You are eyes and ears of byte. You will consult with our prospective patients and lead them through the journey of prospect to a satisfied customer.

　　You are a go-getter! You are customer focused and you are someone who believes in our mission delivering smiles! You are solutions-oriented, success-driven, approachable, and compassionate. You have an attention for details and tactical, consistent execution. At the same time you are strategic and confident enough to see the big picture.

　　Who You Are:

　　6 months to 1 year of sales experience or 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.

　　Understanding the concept of using motivational tactics to teach customers why their new smile is invaluable to them and their confidence.

　　Master at overcoming objections in order to get impression kits back.

　　Prior utilization of Five9 and SalesForce gets bonus points.

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a dedication to putting team first.
