*Schedule: 40 hours/wk, M-F, shifts vary between the hours of 6a to 6p

Your Role:
As Injury Prevention Professional, you will function at the forefront of our mission to improve the health and wellbeing of the people we serve, with a specific focus on the prevention of work-related injuries within a corporate/industrial setting. Let's take a closer look! In this role, you will:
Interact directly with client employees (associates) to:
Conduct employee injury prevention programs, education and training including leading Work Conditioning classes.
Collaborate on the development of exercise programs specific to injury prevention and conditioning needs.
Facilitate individual and group behavior change programs including stretching, job coaching, work conditioning programs and general health improvement programs.
Support Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) with job function and mechanic assessments.
Documentation:
Collect and evaluate appropriate program data to support the ROI process: report data for their assigned areas.
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of data collected.
Regular communication with Corporate IP&T Support for ongoing strategy, success of program, and service delivery review.
Integrate effectively and seamlessly with client’s health related partners including Safety and other employee health-related departments.
Represent HealthFitness in client sponsored events and activities as applicable.
Other duties as-needed or assigned.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Athletic Training, or Exercise Science or other related field required.
2+ years experience in delivery and coordination of corporate-based health and fitness programs OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Adult First Aid and CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
Experience in the areas of data collection, data analysis, and outcomes reporting in regard to health risk and status.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
Ability to travel to other client locations.
Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team.
