　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information Systems Security Engineer to join our team in the Linthicum, MD location. This position is part of a team that provides Cybersecurity Analysis and System technical expertise.

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Perform/review technical security assessments of computing environments for non-compliance

　　Validate and verify system security requirements definitions and analysis and establishes system security designs

　　Design, develop, implement and/or integrate IA and security systems and system components including those for networking, computing, and enclave environments

　　Assist architects and systems developers in the identification and implementation of appropriate information security functionality

　　Support the building of security architectures

　　Enforce the design and implementation of trusted relations among external systems and architectures

　　Assess and mitigate system security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle

　　Contribute to security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations

　　Review certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation and provide feedback on completeness and compliance of its content.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Computer Engineering from an accredited University and 14 years of experience as an ISSE/ISSO on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity

　　in lieu of a degree, a total of 18 years of experience

　　Proficiency and knowledge in the following areas:

　　Network and Network management protocols

　　Network architecture design, deployment, accreditation and operation

　　Information theory

　　Program-of-Record architectures and capabilities

　　Risk assessment

　　Covert channel and traffic flow analysis

　　Development of High assurance cryptographic devices

　　HAIPE /EDE/ LEF uses or implementers working groups

　　Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) Certification

　　Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team and may serve as a team lead

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　Currently hold a TS/SCI with PolygraphPhysical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
