The position of the Shift Electrician encompasses a dual focus. Firstly, it requires being an exceptional team member and showcasing a good sense of ownership in all responsibilities. Secondly, it involves contributing to the team's success by safely executing preventative and corrective maintenance on steel mill equipment and systems. Additionally, the role includes proposing and implementing solutions to challenges within the steel-making process and business operations.
