　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Experience assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, equipment, appliances, etc.Current electrical license or actively receiving comparable on-the-job training or attending an apprenticeship program to obtain licensureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to perform the physical requirements of the positionIf you can meet these requirements, you might be perfect for our team!

　　WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN INDUSTRIAL SERVICE TECH

　　You will have the opportunity to take the lead in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment, lighting, motors, backup systems, and low-voltage systems. Working under the guidance of your supervisor, you will ensure that all necessary materials and tools are reviewed and available for each project. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you fill out STA forms and TandM tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of services performed. Additionally, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean work area and van, accounting for tools and materials, and notifying your supervisor of any issues that need to be addressed. You will have the opportunity to mentor and guide apprentices and helpers, teaching them best practices, safety protocols, and enhancing their proficiency. Building strong relationships with our clients is essential, and you will be responsible for checking in with the customer/owner before beginning any work and ensuring their satisfaction upon completion. You will have the chance to participate in our mentorship program and attend job site briefings, orientations, and safety meetings. Additionally, maintaining a reasonable amount of materials on your van will help minimize customer costs and reduce the need for frequent trips to the supply house.
