　　What are we looking for?

　　This Industrial Facilities Manager role will be responsible for overseeing/managing a segment of Harsco’s operations at its Calvert, Alabama location. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the position will schedule/plan and direct the activities of a team of 20-30 individuals working in a 24/7, heavy manufacturing environment to include but not limited to: the programming/maintenance of PLC’s, multiple conveyor systems and an onsite ball mill. Additionally, the position provides backup support to the Site Manager as needed.

　　What Does It Take to be a Successful Candidate?

　　Must Haves:

　　Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent experience

　　5-7 years supervisory experience within a metals, minerals, aggregate processing facilities, large construction project or equivalent plant type environment.

　　Experience working/maintaining a ball mill is strongly preferred

　　Demonstrated experience ensuring compliance within a highly safety sensitive environment

　　Firm understanding of PLC use and maintenance

　　Experience must also include customer facing interactions and the ability to forecast and track daily production quotas to assist the plant with meeting revenue and profit margin targets

　　Experience working within a mill environment is preferred
