　　This position reports into Indirect Tax Manager and is based at LATAM (multiple locations).

　　What You Will Do

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returns with particular focus on determination and calculation of jobs tax.

　　Prepare and reviews state and local tax records.

　　Knowledge on Argentina Taxation

　　Calculates moderately complex financial statement for tax reporting in accordance with government regulations.

　　Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes for government tax returns and incentive opportunities.

　　Performs tax research, analysis and planning to minimize tax liability as well as identifying tax savings opportunities. Assists with tax audits by gathering the data and developing responses to the inquiries.

　　Participates in various special projects as assigned.

　　Government Portals follow-up (mainly Argentina)

　　Tax Table (percepciones, retenciones, VAT) maintenance

　　Credit Notes at AFIP control (Argeninta)

　　Vat books control (mainly Argentina)

　　Knowledge in end-to-end tax calculation VAT, VAT WHT & Tas turnover as well as respective tax ancillary obligations; (Argentina)

　　Support the local taxes key processes and procedures in order to meet all local requirements and regulations.

　　VAT & Tax turnover Credit management, refund submissions and appliances, reviewing initiatives related.

　　Planning and forecasting: work with business partners to challenge assumptions,

　　Support continuous improvements for tax processes/analytics and other ad hoc analyses/projects.

　　Audit and Compliance: supporting internal/external audits.

　　Qualifications

　　What We Are Looking For

　　Required Qualifications

　　Bachelor or equivalent (Adm, Law or Accounting).

　　Desirable MBA.

　　Advanced Spanish.

　　Advanced Excel.

　　Experience with ERPs (SAP)

　　Collaboration and good communication to build strong partnership among areas

　　Knowledge of invoice issue & credit notes on tax perspective
