Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　▪ Follow established policies and procedures for user account provisioning as it

　　relates to the creation, modification and termination of user accounts

　　▪ Handle Access Requests for all applications provisioned by IAM (ie. Active

　　Directory, Email, Fiserv, CustomGuide, Skillset, DocuSign)

　　▪ Ensure that the Access granted is limited to only the access that was

　　requested

　　▪ Ensure all account provisioning tasks are validated and based on access that

　　has been requested via the proper form

　　▪ Ensure Access Requests are processed in a timely and accurate manner and

　　in accordance with the approved support level agreement (SLA)

　　▪ Ensure Account Terminations are processed within 24 business hours of

　　receipt

　　▪ Direct customers/end-users to correct resource(s) to get problems resolved

　　▪ Respond to customer/end-user problems by listening, clarifying, and

　　responding effectively

　　▪ Limited troubleshooting for applications that access is created by IAM will be

　　expected. If the issue is due to areas outside of our scope, the analyst is

　　expected to ensure a clean handoff to the receiving team.

　　▪ Keep the status of any Access Requests or Problem Tickets current within the

　　Service Now tool.

　　▪ Shares knowledge effectively within the IAM Team and others when

　　necessary

　　▪ Participate in assigned new system implementations to further your

　　understanding of the system and user security components.

　　▪ Provide information as requested from your leadership in support of internal

　　and external auditing requests
