About Hybrid Faith - Based Provider Support Specialist

  Faith based, Christian Organization looking for 10 hybrid customer service representatives to join their Provider Support team:

  Job Description:

  Will be taking about 50-60 calls from providers each day

  Responsible for discussing bills and coverage for members, and membership guidelines, (example: could be calling to verify member's coverage, guidelines for coverage, and appeals, etc.)

  Preferably have experience working a provider's office and knowledge of coding

  Will be using medical terminology

  Will be sending follow up emails/information to providers/members to make sure they have all of the information required

  Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  Experience working in a medical setting for at least 2 years (within the last 5 years)

  Familiarity with talking about coding in general (ICD-10), medical procedures, insurance verification etc.

  Working knowledge of medical terminology

  Knowledge of HIPAA protocols and requirements

  Personal or professional experience with Christianity

  Strong multi-tasking skills and experience multi-tasking in past positions

  Ability to work off of multiple computer screens and navigate through multiple systems

  Hours: Monday-Friday (No Weekends) On a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 remotely

  Work Environment:

  Faith Based, Christian organization

  Dress code is business casual (polo or button down with slacks).

  Very religious work environment.

  We have pot lucks, team lunches, BBQ's.

  The position will require you to offer prayer with a member at the end of each call.

  Experience Level:
