High School DiplomaValid Driver's LicenseBasic computer skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of current code requirementsUnderstanding of accounting and finance as it relates to the industry.Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the HVAC department- Coordinate and schedule HVAC technicians for service calls and installations- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards- Provide technical guidance and support to HVAC technicians as needed- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify any issues or potential problems- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate HVAC projects and ensure smooth operations- Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities
Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of schematics and equipment repair- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC issues- Experience with property maintenance, including plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance tasks- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
