Overview

　　This position performs HVAC preventive and corrective maintenance jobs. Responds to emergencies and perform other tasks assigned.

　　Responsibilities

　　Preventive Maintenance

　　Service Orders

　　Nonvalue added work (Shop clean-up, Inventory of Tools)

　　Performs other duties and assignments as required.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Education/Experience: Two years' related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

　　Foreign National

　　College degree preferred, high school diploma is required or equivalent.

　　Minimum of 5 years' experience in HVAC repair and installation and 3 years' in a supervisory role. Must be able to read and understand schematic drawings, and strong troubleshooting abilities.

　　Program Specific Requirements:

　　Extensive HVAC Maintenance Experience. (3-5 Years)

　　Possess knowledge of safety and environmental issues as they relate to Facility Maintenance.

　　Able to communicate with customer.
