Our client is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various buildings in Stanford, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Title: HVAC Maintenance Technician - (commercial/industrial)

Location: Onsite

Pay Range: $51.26 - $60.71 per hour

What's the Job?

Install, inspect, maintain, repair, and modify HVAC systems in various buildings.

Troubleshoot HVAC systems and restore them to operational condition.

Assist in the installation and maintenance of HVAC controls and complex instrumentation.

Perform electrical work (up to 480V) for HVAC systems, including replacing motors, transformers, wiring, etc.

Perform plumbing work such as cutting, soldering, and replacing fittings and valves related to HVAC systems.

What's Needed?

Completion of a four-year apprenticeship program as a journey-level mechanic or equivalent work experience.

Skilled in the use of HVAC tools, materials, and equipment.

Ability to read blueprints and work from sketches.

Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Valid California Non-commercial Class C driver’s license.

EPA or Universal Technician certification required.
