Job Description
Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst for its Corporate HR operations based in Lenexa, KS. The purpose of this role is to enhance the performance of HR systems (i.e., Dayforce, iCIMS, Dynafile) under one accountable owner. This individual will monitor performance, remediate and escalate systems issues, support and train employees on system updates and changes, capitalize on continuous education opportunities, and strive to optimize efficiency between systems.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for Dayforce, iCIMS, Dynafile
Track and document all configuration changes/new items along with testing documentation
Handle all Dayforce-related Cherwell tickets requesting new or updated security roles, locations, and/or management assignments for employees
Handle integration issues between ICIMS and Dayforce
Review integration errors between Dayforce and AXIS
Handle all entitlement reviews and updates
Verify and enter roles for new hires and add SSO email if necessary
Serve as liaison to IT and/or Ceridian Support
Create new forms and workflows in Dayforce
Create custom reports in Dayforce
Download and review all release notes from Dayforce
Perform regular data audits to identify any issues or clean-up needs
First time access emails are sent automatically (weekly)
New Hire/Rehire Setup Audits (weekly)
Business Email end dated on separations (weekly)
Entitlements are end dated when employee terminates (weekly)
Employment Indicator Audit for nonunion hourly (weekly)
PTO – review PTO balances, usage, pending requests never approved etc. (monthly)
Business emails audit – verify business emails are set up on salaried employees in the contact information screen for alerts (weekly)
Engineering automation reports
Consult with HR managers and other departments to determine HRIS needs
Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve application issues
Document processes, identify HR concerns, and compile data analysis reports
Perform application upgrades and provide necessary training or technical support
Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management
Optimize HRIS processes, integrate new software, and perform diagnostic tests
Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries
Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, including attendance and employee performance data
Perform audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of service, and payroll administration, when required
Track technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS
Please note, this is not a remote position. To be considered, a candidate must reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City metro area upon acceptance of an employment offer.
Requirements
Basic Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, integrations, and maintenance
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
Advanced proficency with Excel
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Great communication skills, both written and oral
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong analytical mind and demonstracted experience using data to influence, change, or drive outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
Experience working for a multi-state company
Demonstrated operational experience with process automation, simplification, and documentation, including end-user communication and education
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Requirements:
Located in the Kansas City Metro area
Certifications in HRIS or related areas are a plus
Experience with Ceridian Dayforce preferred
Experience with iCIMS, Dynafile, Equifax are a plus
