Volt is immediately hiring for an Human Resources Associate to support theirHRBP team in Fountain Valley, CA.

As an HR Associate Support you will:

Assist with digitizing confidential and sensitive employee relations files.Provide administrative support for HR Business Partner team.Support collection and creation of presentation materials for HR BusinessPartners

This is a full time, temporary assignment expected to last 3 months,possibly longer. It also offers a foot in the door of a top organization knownto hire and move our talent into other roles. Hours are M-F from 8am - 5pmworking full time onsite at the Fountain Valley facility.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills2 years of HR experience preferredProficiency using MS OfficeCompleted BA / BS degree in Human Resources or related fieldAbility to maintain confidential employee information

Pay Rate: $25.00-28.00/hr

** Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on severalfactors, including the candidate's education, work experience, worklocation, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
