Consult with leadership in the areas of workforce planning,recruitment, succession plans, employee relations, performance,development, compensation, benefits, communications and overall peopleeffectiveness. Focus on managing full-cycle recruitment, recruiting andmeeting staffing needs. Partner with Corporate Human Resources (HR) todeliver Human Resources (HR) processes and program for alignment tobusiness and company goals. Participate in key Human Resources (HR)projects. Manage Human Resources (HR) team that provides support toWarehouse employees. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in HumanResources (HR), business or related field. 10+ years experience in humanresources. 5+ years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership /management skills. Workday experience a plus. Available for occasionaltravel to Uline\'s domestic and international locations.
