Job Description Summary#TeamAAM is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support our Driveline team in Three Rivers, Michigan!
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities and strategic support of associate relations programs at AAM's Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility (TRMF). They will also manage employments, placements, orientation and training, labor relations, compensation, benefits, and associate services at TRMF. This individual will also lead teams and assist the Human Resources (HR) business unit (BU) head to oversee organizational HR strategies, processes, and practices. To be successful, the Human Resources Manager should maintain excellent communication and a positive relationship with associates to promote associate satisfaction, overall ensuring a positive working environment. They will accomplish this by providing advice, counseling, and guidance to all levels of management and staff on company policies and procedures.
