Description A well-established company is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Assistant to join their dynamic team and contribute to the well-known company culture. Daily tasks may include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Preside over employee database records

　　Assist with planning new employee orientation meetings

　　Research the internet to locate potential customers

　　Be in charge of administrative and office responsibilities Requirements - Capability to interact with all levels of staff in a rapidly quickly changing environment while maintaining an approachable and appropriate demeanor

　　Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

　　Excellent verbal, written, and social skills

　　Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Basic Office Equipment

　　Strong familiarity with Computer Data Entry

　　Microsoft Excel experience

　　Filing experience highly desired

　　Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

　　Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
