Under the direction of the HR Director or Sr. HRManager, the Human Resources Generalist Sr will provide a broad range ofHR services in support of business objectives. Additionally, thisposition will implement and administer HR policies and programsconcerning communication and recognition for manufacturing and/orprofessional employees. This is an onsite role based at our WaukeshaCorporate Headquarters supporting our Engineering teams. Partner withinternal customer groups to ensure coordination of HR programs andprocesses within a specific business function or segment of the company.Implement and enforce programs and policies that drive employeeengagement and performance. Act as a trusted advisor for supervisors andmanagers regarding employee relations, training and developing theirteams. Administer compensation programs, salary planning, and jobevaluations. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Team to driveemployment branding initiatives. Ensure personal and company compliancewith all federal, state, and local laws and regulations; ensurecompliance with company policies and procedures. Provide group andone-on-one coaching activities with managers and employees to supportdevelopment, business decision-making, HR management, problem solvingand performance management.
