JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Process bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourlyemployees. Work with supervisors and managers to verify employee hoursare accurately reported and coded. Enter and verify all payrolldeductions. - Hold benefit meetings for new employees and ensure timelybenefit sign-ups. Coordinate annual open enrollment. - Support the humanresources team in recruiting, safety, employee activities and any humanresources projects. - Assist in coordinating training for safety andemployee development. - Ensure all regulatory requirements are met,including Affordable Care Act (ACA) and ERISA requirements. Participatein government filings, plan audits and tax-reporting requirements asneeded.
