　　Located 16 miles south west of Chicago, Bedford Park is a village in Cook County, Illinois. The population was 580 at the 2010 census. Bedford Park consists of a small residential area and vast amounts of heavy industry sprawling to the east and a small amount to the west.

　　Pactiv Bedford Park is a leading Extrusion/Injection Molding facility that produces plates, straws, cutlery, and wrapped cutlery kits for the food service industry. Built in 1974, our facility has 195,000 total square footage. We host 90 machines including Injection Molding, Extrusion, and Automated Robotic instruments. We produce approximately 75 million pounds annually and over 400,000 SKUs. 　　Responsibilities

　　This Position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.

　　Description:

　　Provide human resources administrative support to the assigned facility.

　　Coordinate Temporary staffing acquisition and orientations. Assist with EE communications.

　　Responsibilities include administering Timekeeping UMB, AAP, coordinating FMLA/STD paperwork, providing Kronos Time & Attendance support, maintaining HR Master data & personnel files and running/maintaining reports. Assist employees with basic HR questions.

　　Position will also be responsible for providing administrative support to the facility which may include routing calls, mail and faxes, copying and filing, ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and HR/HS calendared activities.

　　Assist with/coordinate facility specific programs (reward & recognition, picnics).

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred) and 3+ years administrative experience to include experience with payroll, benefits, safety and/or Human Resources.

　　Prior experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization and problem solving skills needed.

　　Prior experience with Employment law or Health & Safety and SAP.
