　　Position Summary:

　　Responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities, programs and initiatives - creating a space for associates to gather and belong

　　Be the main point of contact for all recruitment needs of the hotel whilst following Marriott’s talent acquisition requirements

　　Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience

　　Support the team with TakeCare events and activities, creating a caring community that empowers associates to grow and reach their full potential.

　　Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team

　　About You:
