Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challenges
Recruiting top talent to executive positions
Hire and onboard new employees and negotiate employment agreements
Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations
Ensure that a company remains in compliance with laws and regulations
Develop and implement HR policies for an entire organization
Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes
Discipline and terminate employees
Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages based onmarket data
Conduct research, analyze organizational trends and execute bestpractices for hiring, talent management and retention
Develop and manage the budget for the human resources department
Oversee HR managers to ensure efficient daily workflows and train the HRdepartment
Collaborate with executives and senior leadership to align HR policieswith the company\'s strategic goals
