As a Manager, you will:
Lead the workstream to ideate and design target HR Capabilities, experience, and processes.
Bring in in-depth understanding of leading HR Practices, capabilities, and innovation POV.
Bring in understanding of leading HR Technology - HCM platforms, other digital HR tools, application architecture, data, etc.
Work closely with the client to understand As-Is client landscape, identify opportunities for improvements, digitisation, and capability transformation.
Lead engagement with Process Owners to conduct As-Is assessment, plan for workshops and validate to-be design decisions.
Plan and drive client workshops for the target capability areas with support from key SMEs (As Needed)
Identify areas for alignment of To-Be HR Capability, Process design and policies based on leading practices/ market standards while still retaining unique requirements.
Synthesize insights, requirements, and decisions to design future state, develop process and gather requirements across digital HCM, Data, Analytics, etc.
Review and validate To-be Design with key stakeholders to address open areas and finalise the deliverables.
As a Consultant, you will:
Work closely with the workstream lead to design target HR Capabilities, experience, and processes.
Research and support the HR Study with information/ insights on leading HR Practices, capabilities, and innovation POV.
Research and support the HR Study with HCM platforms, other digital HR tools, application architecture, data, etc.
Work closely with the client to understand As-Is client landscape, identify opportunities for improvements, digitisation, and capability transformation.
Develop the key materials for workshops and key client engagements.
Co-facilitate the To-Be Design workshops with the Capability Lead.
Synthesize insights, requirements, and decisions to design future state, develop processes and gather requirements across digital HCM, Data, Analytics, etc.
Capture workshop/ discussion outputs to develop and finalise high quality deliverables.

Strong functional knowledge of cloud-based HR tools, such as Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP Success Factors, or a similar system
Solid understanding of HR transformation methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You've got at least 3 years' experience (Consultant) or minimally 7 years of experience (Manager) with a primary focus on at least one of the following areas: - HR Process and Service Design - HR Operational Model Design - HR Organizational Design
Bonus points if: You've got at least 3 years' experience working in consulting on HR
